What is involved with hiring a personal chef?
So how does it work?
Get in contact with me and arrange a time for an appointment. I will come to you and chat with you about your function and requirements. It is a good idea to meet at your place if the function is to be held there. This assists me with planning how service will run and also allows me to accurately choose any hire equipment we may need. If you have a date in mind at this stage, let me know as soon as you can.
Choose the menu items you would like to offer your guests. Normally two entree, two main and two dessert options cover the requirements for most guests. You can then email your guests with the menu offerings and have them RSVP with their choices. This is also an opportunity to check for any dietary requirements your guests may have. It does not matter what the dietary requirements are, Private Fine Dining will make certain that they have wonderful food whether it needs to be Kosher, Halal, vegetarian, pescetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free and even people who are on paleo or ketosis diets can be catered for.
Email me with the menu choices and all of the requirements and I can then go ahead and formulate a quote.
Once you have approved the quote it is normal for a 50% deposit to be forwarded. At this time I place all product orders, hire equipment orders and put in place any front of house staff and additional chef requirements.
Private Fine Dining arrive 4 to 6 hours before service depending on the requirements and set up for a successful and memorable function. The balance is payable within 7 days of the function.
