Blue Cod and Scallop
Pan seared blued cod, crispy agria & thyme, sautéed leek, braised leek tower with smoked gouda scallop mornay, lemon infused zucchini
This is one of those dishes dreamed up one day while wandering around the supermarket trying to find inspiration. It all just came together and the result was very pleasing. Fresh blue cod flashed in the pan, a light smokey gouda mornay and seared scallops are brought together with sauteed leeks, lemon infused zucchini and crispy roasted agria. A delicious pinot gris is the order of the day here.
