For those who love pork this dish is a must have. Pork loin is seared and roasted to medium, pressed pork shoulder terrine is seared and warmed in the oven and Toulouse sausage filling is wrapped in proscuitto and roasted. This dish uses Harmony Free Range pork throughout with the exception of the proscuitto which is sourced from Italy. Baby turnip, mustard agria hash and mustard cream provide the perfect partners to complete the dish.
